About Your Kickstarter Order

 

All Kickstarter orders are scheduled to ship sequentially from September. Standard delivery typically takes 8-15 business days. We appreciate your continued patience.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are shipped in the order they were placed.

 

Global Shipping:

We offer global shipping.

 

Shipping Costs & Time:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times and costs will be shown before you complete your order.

  

Customs & Import Taxes:  

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country's regulations. SyBrann Innovation does not cover these charges. Contact your local customs office for estimates before ordering.  

 

Tracking & Delivery Management:

You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (e.g., DHL, FedEx).    

Failed Deliveries: Unclaimed packages returned to us may incur restocking fees.
